Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd. is seeking a senior Bid/Capture leader to drive large, complex pursuits in the Integrated Defensive Aids System space. You will shape strategy, engage with platform primes and partners, and lead the Integrated Campaign Teams across multiple sites in the UK.

The role requires exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, tenacity and resilience, with regular exposure to senior leadership and governance bodies. Hybrid working across Luton and other sites is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with external engagement experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex pursuits in the IDAS space and define strategy.
• Develop detailed capture plans and win strategies for campaigns.
• Oversee drafting of proposals and secure approvals for bid and resourcing.
• Engage with platform primes, commercial partners and mission data integrators.
