Job summary

The Council is seeking a Capital Projects Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Council's Capital Projects programme within the Corporate Services Directorate. The role focuses on delivering projects with value for money and aligns with the Council’s strategies and objectives.

The postholder will work closely with the Head of Capital Projects to drive a high performing culture, manage transformational change, and integrate new and current functions to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital projects management and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a directorate.
• Strong focus on value for money and service excellence.
