Job summary

Bromley Council is seeking a Capital Project Lead to provide strategic leadership and expert oversight across a diverse portfolio of capital construction projects, from large-scale developments to high-impact schemes.

You will drive full lifecycle delivery—from concept to completion and post-occupancy evaluation—ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with corporate objectives, while adopting the Corporate Landlord Model and optimising estate assets for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of PRINCE2, Microsoft Project and RIBA Plan of Work.
• Strong understanding of property law, procurement, CDM regulations.
• Experience with corporate landlord model and estate optimisation.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects from concept to completion.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across a diverse portfolio.
• Govern governance and lifecycle asset planning for capital programmes.
