Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Procurement Strategy & Delivery Manager to drive the Sourcing & Procurement strategy through effective project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement and business transformation.

You will work with Procurement category teams, the Leadership Team and cross-functional partners to deliver savings, category strategy, and technology-enabled transformation across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement strategy and transformation
• Strong governance and stakeholder management
• Data analysis and benefit tracking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic procurement initiatives to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with category teams and leadership to support savings delivery and category strategy execution
• Drive procurement technology adoption and digitisation of processes and analytics tools
• Establish governance, reporting and performance tracking for progress, risks and outcomes
• Produce executive-ready insights and presentations on procurement savings and benefits realization
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Technology, Finance and Legal
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, training, and change management
