Job summary

FBC UK is seeking a Business Unit Controller to deliver sustainable, consumer-centric category growth for our customers, focusing on mutually beneficial annual agreements and omnichannel execution.

You will manage the Tesco Group team and lead a cross-functional sales organization to deliver strong performance through collaboration with category, shopper, supply, demand planning, finance and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong customer partnerships that drive growth.
• Strong understanding of commercial P&L management and profit control.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders both internally and with customers.
• Natural leadership with ability to inspire and challenge the status quo.
• Experience in central commercial functions: category, planning, NRM/RGM, shopper.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tesco Group team (6) and cross-functional sales teams to drive growth.
• Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships for multi-year planning.
• Forecasting and reporting of plans with external KPI communication to customers.
• Drive pricing and terms negotiations, multi-year JBP, and tender processes for Retailer Brand work.
