Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks a Business Architect to join an international team, shaping operating models and processes. You will translate strategy into actionable capabilities, leveraging data, AI, automation, and change management.

Based in London or Copenhagen, you will lead workshops, map value streams, define roles, drive adoption, and own end-to-end client workstreams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Business Architecture or related disciplines.
• Experience with value streams and operating model design.
• Ability to work in complex matrix environments.
• Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Interview key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working.
• Map and design organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes.
• Define and describe roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks.
• Develop and implement solutions to support and improve clients' ways of working.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimize performance, structure, and delivery.
• Develop operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies.
• Engage and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and executives.
