Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks a Senior Data Insights Consultant to lead data-driven marketing insights for enterprise clients. You will architect complex data solutions, build dashboards in Power BI, and translate business questions into analytics roadmaps.

With 5+ years in data/BI roles, you will mentor colleagues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape agentic AI-enabled insights workflows across major marketing platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a consultant/analytics role focused on data, BI, analytics, or reporting.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions for production use.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver data-driven insights for clients across campaigns.
• Design test-and-learn programs (A/B tests, holdouts) to optimize performance.
• Develop Power BI models and dashboards with advanced DAX measures.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business questions and data roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-quality analytics standards.
