Job summary

MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Architect to join our global MAP team in London or Copenhagen. You will drive operating models, design processes, and enable data-driven transformation for high-profile clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders across functions, define roles and decision rights, and translate complexity into clear narratives. The role involves mentoring teams, creating playbooks, and applying AI to modernize client workflows across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Architecture or similar.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to map current ways of working.
• Design organisational operating models and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
• Develop solutions to improve client ways of working.
• Identify improvements to boost performance and delivery.
• Develop playbooks and training for change adoption.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams, including executives.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and data-driven insights.
• Own end-to-end client workstreams coordinating across teams.
