Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, designs and runs growth systems for global brands. As Technical Project Manager, you’ll organize and drive key client projects, delivering high quality results on time and within budget.

You’ll develop project plans, estimate budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate with Designers, UX Architects, Solution Architects and Developers. Strong experience with Braze, AEP or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and agile methods is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation.
• A conceptual, and technical, understanding of data modelling, SOA and complex architectures.
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Great communication skills translating business language to technical language.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage key client projects, ensuring quality, on time delivery and within budget.
• Develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensure configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead and that planning is overseen.

What will your day look like?

In the role as our new Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and managing key client projects. Your job is to ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Controlling the analysis phase
• Developing project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Securing that our configurators and developers is free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
• Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating your colleagues in their day-to-day tasks.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinating Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, Solution Architects and Developers. In addition, you have:

• 4+ years of experience with either; Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation
• A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language.
