TP Select is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing sales team in the North West of England. The role focuses on sales, account management and identifying new business opportunities within the rental, construction or industrial sectors.

You will manage key accounts, develop senior-level relationships and drive revenue growth through cross-selling TP Select services. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial sales targets.
• Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing key accounts.
• Building strong senior-level relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Proactively developing sales across existing and prospective customers.
• Increasing revenue and margin through cross-selling the full TP Select service portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities for additional TP Select services within existing accounts.
• Developing customer proposals and new service opportunities alongside the line manager.
• Delivering presentations to prospective customers.
• Maintaining regular meetings with key customers and supply chain partners.
• Completing tender documentation and supporting tender submissions alongside the CDS Director.
• Monitoring competitor activity and providing relevant market intelligence.
