With 3+ years in business development, you will shape partnerships, implement sales plans, and lead initiatives that increase revenue while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and employer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans which lead to new business opportunities and existing client growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective pipeline management and conversion of leads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and employer/student satisfaction.
