Responsibilities

• Originate new business across the UK property and construction market.
• Build relationships with developers, investors, funds, asset managers, property companies and occupiers.
• Leverage your existing network to generate introductions, meetings and instructions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across existing clients.
• Work alongside technical Directors to convert opportunities into appointments.
• Represent the consultancy at key industry events and networking opportunities.
• Help shape the firm's wider business development and national growth strategy.
