Qualifications

• Law firm experience is preferred
• 8+ years in BD/marketing in professional services
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience leading teams and training talent
• CRM experience with InterAction or similar
• Ability to build cross-office relationships in marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management, organizational and administrative skills
• Hands-on, proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Support regional BD plans and coordinate activity across the region
• Co-develop initiatives to drive revenue and build relationships
• Help translate goals into specific, visible activity with clear ownership
• Review BD plans and budgets; ensure ROI and alignment
• Develop best practices for BD activity, tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing to create engaging campaigns and content
• Identify sponsorships and speaking opportunities at events
• Oversee CRM data quality for priority clients and leads
• Lead on new business opportunity development and upsell/cross-sell
