Job summary

Animal and Plant Health Agency is seeking a Business Change Manager to join the Project Delivery and Portfolio Management team. You will lead business change activities across projects, linking the project team with business users to ensure adoption and realization of benefits.

The role requires Practitioner level qualifications in PPM (MSP/Prince2/APM/Agile) or equivalent experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Practitioner level in PPM (MSP/Prince2/APM/Agile) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a business change or project role at practitioner level.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on business change activity to support delivery of benefits and outcomes.
• Prepare and update the change management elements of the business case.
• Create and maintain Business Change products and engage with key contacts.
• Establish and maintain the change plan for areas of responsibility.
• Identify and update business readiness criteria prior to implementation.
• Support Benefits Manager and project team in change activities.
