Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across projects, coordinate with business users, and drive benefits realization. The role spans from CI to complex programmes, with emphasis on planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance.

The successful candidate will manage change products, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement within APHA, while benefiting from a supportive, flexible working environment.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change activity and support delivery of benefits and outcomes.
• Prepare and update the change elements of the business case.
• Create the required Business Change products and engage with key contacts.
• Establish and maintain the change plan for a responsibility area.
• Identify and update business readiness criteria and track go-live approvals.
• Support Benefits Management and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop communications plans for Business Change messaging.
• Identify and classify stakeholders; act as a point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team across the area.
