Animal and Plant Health Agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead change across projects, bridging project teams and business users to realise the benefits and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.

You will drive change planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits management and readiness, bringing practitioner-level qualifications and strong leadership and communication skills to deliver measurable improvements within APHA.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business change or project role at practitioner level.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide others on complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for wide-ranging audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead on business change activity and support delivery of benefits and outcomes.
• Prepare and update change elements of the business case.
• Create and maintain Business Change products; engage key contacts for fit.
• Establish and maintain the change plan for area of responsibility.
• Identify and update business readiness criteria and support go-live decisions.
