Job summary

Together Financial Services Limited is seeking an experienced Business Architect to join the AI Team and operate at portfolio level, translating strategy into target operating models and driving transformation roadmaps.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including executives, to shape how AI and automation are adopted, bringing rigour and practical architecture to shape future capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in understanding and capturing business requirements.
• Skilled facilitator able to translate complex problems for delivery teams.
• Extensive Business Architecture experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to transform strategy into operating models and roadmaps.
• Expertise in capability modelling, value streams and process architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management, including Exec and C-suite engagement.
• Comfortable working in evolving architecture environments and ambiguity.
• Ability to break down initiatives into pragmatic roadmaps and actions.
• Passionate about the value created by architectural practice.
• Delivery-focused with governance and execution discipline.
• Ability to connect modelling to tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts aligned to strategy and change objectives.
• Translate strategy into outcomes, identifying capability gaps and roadmaps.
• Lead strategic discovery to understand challenges, risks and future-state needs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement across business and tech teams.
• Facilitate workshops to build alignment and drive strategic decision-making.
• Ensure initiatives have input from business, data, technology and change experts.
• Contribute to maturing the Enterprise and Business Architecture practice.
