Job summary

Accenture PLC in London is hiring a Finance AI Architect to lead the design and governance of agentic finance solutions across delivery portfolios. You will drive end-to-end architecture, model routing, and secure, scalable LLM systems that align with CFO and CIO priorities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in production-grade LLM systems and enterprise deployments.
• Strong background in distributed architecture, API design, and cloud platforms.
• Deep knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector/graph retrieval, and tool calling.
• Experience with evaluation, reliability engineering, and cost optimization for AI systems.
• Secure AI delivery, privacy, GDPR, and data security controls.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs to technical and finance stakeholders.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architecture for finance agents including RAG and memory.
• Set model selection and routing strategy across models and cloud platforms.
• Design the control plane with identity, access controls, policy enforcement and auditability.
• Own non-functional architecture for scalability, resilience, security, privacy, latency and cost.
• Define LLMOps and AgentOps standards including monitoring and incident response.
• Define secure integration patterns for ERP and EPM platforms, data and content services.
• Provide technical authority in pursuits and lead engagements with CFO/CIO stakeholders.
• Establish engineering standards and mentoring patterns across the team.
• Define measurable outcomes with finance and value leads, including cost to serve.
