Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced Consulting Business Architect to join our team in the UK. This mid-level role focuses on shaping business-led solutions and guiding large transformation programmes from strategy to delivery.

You will work with senior client stakeholders to define future-state architectures, create actionable roadmaps, and ensure alignment with commercial priorities while leveraging cloud platforms and AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business or Consulting Architect on large and complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate business strategy, capabilities, and operating models into end-to-end solution designs.
• Strong client-facing skills, including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end, business-led solution architectures translating strategy into capabilities and roadmaps.
• Support design and delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across industries.
• Engage senior stakeholders to communicate options, risks, and investment priorities.
• Develop pragmatic transition architectures and transformation plans aligned with client goals.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and structured analysis to build alignment around solutions.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherent, secure, and value-driven outcomes.
