Job summary

Capgemini in London seeks an AI Transformation & Operating Model Lead to guide strategic, regulatory, and workforce aspects of AI adoption across the business. The role focuses on embedding AI capabilities responsibly within product management, engineering, risk, governance, and operations.

The successful candidate will blend deep AI expertise with operating-model design, workforce transformation, and regulatory governance to shape future-state setups in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• 12+ years in large-scale transformation or strategic consulting.
• Experience leading AI transformation in Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Strong grasp of Product Operating Models and Agile delivery.
• Track record advising C-Suite and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and promote AI-native ways of working across product, engineering and change teams.
• Develop playbooks for AI-assisted product discovery, delivery and roadmap planning.
• Identify opportunities where AI reduces friction and improves outcomes.
• Assess and redesign delivery methods for AI-enabled execution.
• Establish best practices for human–AI collaboration across the product lifecycle.
• Define AI governance and accountability within the target operating model.
• Guide roles evolution (Product Owner, Product Manager, Data Product Manager, Engineering Manager).
• Partner with HR to embed AI upskilling initiatives.
• Design governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption at scale.
• Develop AI capability frameworks across Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Change.
