Job summary

You will prioritise work, improve operations and deliver timely outputs with high quality, engaging stakeholders and reporting on benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business analysis and modelling initiatives.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and designs.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and business management analysis on projects/assignments.
• Model current and target processes and prepare design specifications.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and governance processes.
• Produce timely performance reports for suppliers and end users.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives and SPC where relevant.
