Job summary

East Coast Community Healthcare CIC seeks a Business Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team, collaborating with the Digital Health team and Ops leads. You will elicit and document stakeholder requirements, enable digital transformation, and support PLICS/Benchmarking using EPR data. Hybrid role with some home days and site travel.

You will work on multiple assignments, developing metrics for benefits realisation and contributing to ongoing service improvements within ECCH.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Recognised BA qualification (e.g., BCS Diploma) or equivalent experience.
• Project management qualification (e.g., Prince2) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities on projects and assignments.
• Undertake modelling to specification and design.
• Develop processes to manage stakeholder engagement and operational effectiveness.
