AG Barr Group is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead the Morrisons account, focusing on the Soft Drinks portfolio. You will shape long-term strategy, drive category growth, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth with Morrisons.

The role requires strong leadership, deep commercial acumen, and the ability to build strategic relationships with the retailer. Field-based position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven and demonstrable leadership of a team delivering great results both internally and externally.
• Strong FMCG environment experience is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Soft Drinks portfolio within Morrisons to drive growth and manage P&L.
• Create and execute a long-term, multi-year strategy with mutual growth for Morrisons and AG Barr.
• Direct cross-functional teams across Category Management, Brand Activation, Digital and Supply Chain.
• Own the total P&L to drive profitable, sustainable growth and achieve growth objectives.
• Develop and deliver joint business plans with the retailer and guide monthly forecast cycles.
