Job summary

AG Barr is recruiting a Business Unit Controller for the Morrisons account, field based in the UK, working 37.5 hours per week. You will lead the Soft Drinks portfolio, drive multi-year growth, and manage the P&L with a cross-functional team across Category Management, Brand Activation, Digital and Supply Chain.

You will build joint business plans, strengthen retailer partnerships, and deliver precise forecasts to support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team delivering strong results in FMCG.
• Strong relationships with senior stakeholders and retailers.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage P&L across a major account.

Responsibilities

• Lead Morrisons Soft Drinks portfolio and manage P&L.
• Create long-term multi-year strategy for mutual growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Category Management, Brand Activation, Digital and Supply Chain.
• Own the total P&L to drive profitable growth.
• Lead growth plans across formats: Stores, Express, Online & Q-Com.
• Develop joint business plans with strategic partners.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, monthly cycles and FY projections.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team.
