Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Specialist to support BIM and Information Management across mobility infrastructure projects. You will coordinate digital deliverables, maintain information standards and assist with CDE governance, BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs.

This role develops technical expertise while ensuring compliant, efficient project delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage model coordination and clashes, and contribute to digital workflows and information quality throughout

Qualifications

• Experience supporting BIM or Information Management activities on infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of BIM principles and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads and Navisworks or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CDEs like Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, ProjectWise or equivalent.
• Knowledge of model coordination and information exchange workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration across teams.
• Good communication and ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.
• Degree, apprenticeship or equivalent in engineering or built environment; BIM accreditation optional.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM and Information Management processes per project needs and ISO 19650.
• Produce, coordinate and review digital deliverables such as models and drawings.
• Administer and manage Common Data Environments, ensuring correct sharing and storage.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs with project teams.
• Coordinate model federations, perform clash detection and reviews.
• Support digital delivery requirements and maintain data quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation and information management records.
• Contribute to BIM standards, templates and guidance materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
