• Manage and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Enhance and maintain the bid library with updated content.
• Uphold the company's tone of voice, branding, and messaging across all bid documents.
• Stay informed on market trends and client needs to bring innovation to submissions.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather technical and project-specific input.
• Support business development initiatives and align submissions with strategic goals.
