Westone Housing Ltd in Peterborough seeks an experienced Bid Writer to support growth by producing high-quality tender submissions across Public Sector, Housing and related markets.

You will work with operational managers and commercial teams to craft persuasive responses, manage deadlines and maintain the bid library; hybrid working after probation with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Bid Writer or similar role in construction or social housing.
• Proven ability to produce successful tenders and bids.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation and submission of SQs, PQQs, ITTs and framework applications.
• Write persuasive, tailored tender responses.
• Manage multiple bid opportunities and deadlines.
• Coordinate contributions from operations, commercial and support teams.
• Maintain and improve the bid library and case studies.
• Support framework registrations and procurement portal management.
• Research clients, competitors and market opportunities.
