Responsibilities

• Write clear responses to PQQs, ITTs and tender submissions.
• Produce high-quality case studies and bid documentation.
• Review tender requirements and ensure submissions address criteria.
• Collaborate with operational, technical, commercial and project teams.
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Research client requirements and market trends to strengthen submissions.
• Maintain and update the bid library for accuracy.
• Ensure consistent tone, quality, and branding across documents.
• Proofread and edit submissions for clarity and structure.
• Support wider business development and bid strategy.
