GAP Group Limited is seeking a Commercial Co-ordinator to join the Bid & Proposal team, shaping compelling submissions and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate end-to-end bids, craft concise content, manage renewals, work with internal teams, and support revenue validation. A focus on detail, organisation, and stakeholder collaboration will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes to deliver high-quality submissions on time.
• Create clear, concise, compliant, and responsive proposal content for customers.
• Manage renewals, contract updates, and submissions with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
• Work with internal teams to gather, align, and refine bid inputs.
• Maintain bid documentation, registers, and reporting tools ensuring materials are up to date.
• Track bid progress and outcomes, contributing to reporting and revenue validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
