Job summary

Artic Building Services is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the bid process from opportunity identification to winning submissions. You will collaborate with the Business Development team, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure bids are well-priced, well-written, and effectively showcase ARTIC's capabilities and value proposition.

The role requires at least 2 years in bid management, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple bids under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bid management, business development, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful bid management with strong win rate.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple bids.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of building services, construction, or related industry.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles for bid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to stay informed about opportunities and trends.
• Lead and manage the bid process, including reviewing tender documents and developing bid strategies and plans.
• Coordinate and manage the bid team, including writers, estimators, and subject matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements and regulations; manage bid budgets and resources.
• Write, edit, and finalize bid documents, including executive summaries, technical proposals, and pricing schedules.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track performance.
• Work with Operations teams to ensure bids are accurately priced and capabilities showcased.
• Develop thorough understanding of ARTIC's services and value proposition; stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
