Sir Robert McAlpine is recruiting an experienced Work Winning specialist to lead opportunities across Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage sectors. You will drive the end-to-end bid process, engage with clients and supply chain, and oversee bid governance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience as Work Winning/Bid Manager, especially in private sector bidding.
• Degree level qualification in Built Environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Work Winning/Bid activities across key sectors and major projects.
• Manage the full work winning process from business development to post-tender activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain.
• Develop a detailed bid programme with tasks and resources.
• Develop bid budgets and monitor spend throughout the bid.
• Ensure governance compliance at corporate and functional levels.
• Prepare qualitative bid responses and lead bid reviews.
• Maintain bid data in the CRM system and share best practices.
