Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking an experienced Work Winning specialist to lead opportunity pursuit for key clients in Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage sectors, including major projects. The role covers end-to-end bid management from business development to procurement, with a focus on private sector bids and governance.

You will build relationships with Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain, develop bid programmes and budgets, and mentor a diverse bid team to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• Experienced Work Winning/Bid Manager with private sector bidding focus.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing situations.
• Experience managing work winning governance.
• Leadership of bid teams to deliver high quality outputs on time.
• Degree level or above in Built Environment is preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor and lead a diverse team to deliver best in class services.
• Strong negotiation and people management experience.
• Flexible working styles across sectors and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Lead Work Winning/Bid opportunities across sectors.
• Manage the full bid process from BD and early engagement through to procurement and post-tender requirements.
• Build and develop relationships with Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain.
• Develop detailed, resourced bid programmes and budgets.
• Governance compliance at corporate and functional levels.
• Develop qualitative bid responses where required.
• Oversee qualitative bid reviews and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain CRM bid data and support the Bid Management team.
