ubitricity Distributed Energy Systems UK Ltd. is seeking a proactive Bid Manager to lead and project manage end-to-end tender processes in the UK.

You will own bids from qualification through submission, handover and post-bid review, coordinating Commercial, Operations, Delivery, Product, Legal and Finance teams. You will drive bid strategy, timelines and responsibilities, ensuring compliant, compelling and deliverable proposals while maintaining bid quality and momentum across multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex bids and tenders.
• Strong project-management skills and governance.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and levels.
• Capable of driving momentum without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive proposals.
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of client priorities.
• Identify gaps and drive timely decisions.
• Highly organized with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
• Maintain bid plans with deliverables and deadlines.
• Lead bid kick-offs and reviews.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors.
• Identify risks and dependencies early.
• Lead qualification and go/no-go assessments.
• Develop bid strategy and win themes.
• Ensure submissions are compliant and commercially viable.
• Own content quality and client-focused messaging.
• Maintain tender pipeline and reporting.
• Improve bid-management tools and reusable content.
• Ensure structured handover to Delivery and Operations.
