Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong track record in key account management and strategic BDM roles within commercial P&C or MGA/MGU distribution
• Genuine connectivity across the Scottish broking market
• Credibility to engage senior Broker leadership with understanding of branch-level trading dynamics
• Commercial judgement to identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts

Responsibilities

• Owning the performance of the top Broker relationships across Scotland, with accountability for revenue growth and account penetration
• Taking national ownership of one major Broker relationship, acting as the central point of contact across that group's regional structure
• Identifying gaps in performance or penetration within key accounts and developing plans to address them
• Building and maintaining relationships at multiple levels within broking organisations, from senior leadership to branch and trading teams
• Working closely with regional underwriting teams to align account strategy with underwriting appetite and capacity
• Representing the business at a senior level in strategic Broker discussions, regionally and nationally
