• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) is essential.
• J07 or equivalent is desirable.
• Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers.
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
• Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels.
• Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements.
