Job summary

Hire Safe Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the powered access sector. You will own your territory, open doors with strategic prospecting, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close.

In this fast-paced role, you will build and maintain key customer relationships, craft pricing and quotations, and collaborate with the Sales Director on targeted strategies. Travel and strong industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in powered access or related plant hire sectors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business within defined territories.
• Lead expansion into new markets and grow existing accounts.
• Drive sales performance and close commercial agreements.
• Develop pricing strategies and prepare quotations.
• Maintain customer contact records and regular engagement.
• Provide product knowledge to support machine selection.
