Veeam, a Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Business Development Representative in the United Kingdom to drive demand and build a qualified pipeline from inbound and outbound sources. You will conduct discovery conversations, qualify for value and fit, and ensure smooth handovers to Sales Specialists to advance opportunities.

Expertise in English with German or French preferred, plus Salesforce experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset to align with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in pipeline-generation roles like BDR/SDR.
Proven track record converting meetings to opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong listening skills.
Advanced English; fluency in German or French preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and research tools.
Experience in technology or SaaS.

Responsibilities

Generate demand from inbound/outbound leads and marketing.
Qualify opportunities using PACCT framework.
Capture meeting outcomes and document in Salesforce.
Handover qualified meetings to Sales Specialists.
Support early discovery and keep opportunities moving.
