Nationwide Platforms is recruiting a Business Development Manager for the East London, Kent & East Anglia region. You will manage and grow a portfolio of major construction and infrastructure projects, delivering revenue targets and strategic opportunities through effective account management and pipeline development.

The role includes Salesforce usage and collaboration with project teams to mobilise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience at a strategic account level with growth/retention track record.
• Proven consultative and strategic selling experience.
• Financially and commercially astute with ability to develop proposals and win profitable business.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of Major Construction & Infrastructure Projects.
• Deliver revenue and market share growth targets.
• Create and maintain project pipelines and forecast future revenue.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams to deliver mobilization plans.
• Maintain Salesforce and KPI reporting with stakeholders.
• Identify and develop long-term value-added partnerships.
