Job summary

Nationwide Platforms, the UK's leading powered access specialist, is looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the Essex region. You will drive sales of our fleet and value-added services, develop new logos and nurture lapsed accounts, with support from top-tier resources and a clear career path.

The role offers a competitive salary plus an OTE of 30% and a car or £6,000 car allowance, with permanent full-time employment and opportunities for progression into key accounts and sales

Qualifications

• Proven track record of field sales in the construction rental/hire sector.
• Structured territory sales planning and customer management with a CRM.
• Experience in developing existing relationships and new business via cold calls.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships with operations teams.
• Computer literate in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Sell powered access equipment and services to existing and new customers.
• Identify opportunities to maximise share of wallet and close new business.
• Collaborate with operations to support customer needs and service quality.
