Job summary

Ceaton Security Services is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Fire, Security, Passive Fire and Automation divisions. This hands-on sales role focuses on opening doors, building relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

You will generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, attend client meetings, and work with the Sales Manager and operations teams to drive Ceaton’s growth within the Senseco Group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and close new business
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Experience in Fire, Security, Passive Fire, Automation, FM or Building Services is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business across four divisions
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise value
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
• Prepare proposals and progress opportunities to close
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and operations teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and activity
