Dron & Dickson is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Engineering Services (Onshore) team in the North of England. You will identify and convert opportunities, lead technical engagements and manage bids from proposal to award, while collaborating with BD, Engineering and Marketing teams across the UK.

The role requires strong LV/HV electrical knowledge, client relationship skills and a driving licence, with travel to client sites across the UK.

Qualificações

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with 5+ years in a technical or business development role.
• Strong knowledge of LV/HV systems and electrical engineering standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new client opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Act as the technical lead during early engagement, providing front-end technical support.
• Prepare, manage and submit technical proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Lead and manage the Engineering Services bid process from opportunity to award.
• Work closely with internal Business Development, Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Travel to client sites across the UK as required.
