Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment seeks a commercially minded Business Development Executive for a newly created role in Leighton Buzzard. The successful candidate will develop and convert opportunities with architects, designers and contractors, supporting senior leaders to grow a pipeline and close deals.

Role is predominantly office-based in Leighton Buzzard with occasional travel to meetings, sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress new and existing project opportunities from initial enquiry through to order.
• Support MD and Sales Director in converting the growing pipeline.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Understand customer and project requirements and identify wider opportunities to upsell.
• Maintain accurate opportunity information and next actions in the CRM.
• Attend occasional site visits and customer meetings to understand technical requirements.
• Contribute to increased sales and repeat project business.
