Think Specialist Recruitment is assisting a growing SME in Leighton Buzzard to appoint a Business Development Executive. The role focuses on developing and converting opportunities with project stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to grow the business.

The role is office-based with some travel; salary is 30k–35k with an OTE around 50k, offering a clear path to leadership as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress new and existing project opportunities from enquiry to order.
• Support MD and Sales Director in growing the pipeline.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors.
• Understand customer and project requirements and upsell solutions.
