Linklaters seeks a BD Senior Advisor for the Energy & Infrastructure Practice to join the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team on a permanent basis. You will support the delivery of BD plans, using insights to identify opportunities, support cross-selling and strengthen client relationships across the global firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development in legal or professional services
• Strong understanding of energy & infrastructure sectors and trends
• Experience building and executing BD strategies, client targeting and cross-selling
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and identify opportunities
• Experience contributing to pitches and client proposals with marketing tech and data tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across global teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver BD plans to drive growth across the Energy & Infrastructure Practice.
• Collaborate with global BD teams to connect UK priorities with global strategies.
• Build relationships across the BDM function to pursue priority market opportunities.
• Execute energy & infrastructure growth plans and cross-sell across global teams.
• Create compelling go-to-market campaigns, pitches and panel submissions.
• Use data and market insights to support horizon scanning and pipeline management.
• Analyze market trends to shape BD initiatives for the practice.
• Support MarTech, data infrastructure and global processes to deliver high-quality BD activity.
