Linklaters in London seeks a seasoned BD/Marketing professional to drive the Energy & Utilities sector strategy. You will collaborate with Sector Leaders, BD teams and partners to identify cross-selling opportunities and shape client targeting across adjacent sectors.

You will develop sector materials, use data-driven insights, and support go-to-market campaigns that engage Enterprise clients and key relationships, contributing to profitable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• BD or marketing experience in legal or B2B services.
• Knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector trends and challenges.
• Proven BD and cross-selling track record.
• Understanding of sector-specific BD strategies and CRM initiatives.
• Experience with data analysis and applying insights.
• Familiarity with multi-matrix organizational structures.
• Strong commercial awareness and market trend interest.
• Collaborative with senior partners and client teams.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of the Energy & Utilities sector strategy, aligned with firm priorities, to grow profitable revenue with Enterprise/Sector Priority clients.
• Assist in sector BD and client-targeting initiatives, coordinating with BD teams to run go-to-market campaigns.
• Support CRM capabilities and contribute to resourcing decisions for growth initiatives via BD technologies.
• Develop and update sector BD materials (messaging, credentials, pitching documents).
• Leverage data insights for opportunity spotting, pipeline management and market trend monitoring.
• Assist in using MarTech and data infrastructure to measure sector strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Pitching & Product BD teams to craft proposals for sector clients.
• Build relationships with Sector Leaders and client teams to support cross-selling across products and regions.
