Page Executive in New York and multiple US locations seeks a senior Business Development leader with 10+ years in legal or professional services Energy & Infrastructure. You will craft growth strategies, lead client development, and drive revenue across practices and offices.

You will oversee pitches, thought leadership, and market positioning while building a high-performing BD team and guiding partners on visibility and client development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development and marketing experience in legal or professional services, ideally Energy & Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and client development initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading through influence in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firm's sector growth objectives.
• Partner with sector leaders to identify market opportunities and convert them into new business.
• Drive revenue growth through client targeting, pipeline management, and cross-selling efforts.
• Lead client relationship development and expand the sector's client base across practices and offices.
• Oversee strategic pitches, proposals, and pursuit strategies for high-value opportunities.
• Direct thought leadership, public relations, and market positioning initiatives to enhance the firm's profile.
• Manage industry events, sponsorships, and conference strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage market intelligence to identify trends and inform strategic priorities.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BD team while coaching partners on visibility.
