Candidate Source is hiring a Business Development Executive in Bishop's Stortford to turn conversations into long-term commercial relationships, blending proactive prospecting with warm leads and account development for IT infrastructure and hardware solutions.

Based from the Bishop's Stortford office, you’ll meet decision-makers across IT and procurement, own opportunities through the full sales cycle, and shape a pipeline you can influence.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Track record of meeting sales KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B customers via cold calling and networking.
• Follow up inbound leads and convert interest to opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from discovery to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Present IT solutions including network installations and server hardware.
• Meet IT managers, CTOs and procurement heads to build relationships.
• Develop won accounts for repeat business and lifecycle replacements.
