Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B Business Development or Sales role.
• Experience in utilities, construction or infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel across the South West and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities across Midlands and South of England.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.
• Manage enquiries from initial opportunity through to proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Collaborate with estimating and internal teams to develop commercially viable proposals.
