Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager within the Finished Vehicle Logistics team in the UK. You will manage a key automotive customer account, linking customer requirements with port operations, vehicle preparation and distribution to ensure seamless service delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex customer accounts in finished vehicle logistics or automotive operations.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across logistics, fleet and procurement.
• Coordinate activity from vehicle arrival to pre-delivery inspection and onward delivery.
• Review forecasts with operational teams to understand capacity and constraints.
• Lead customer meetings and performance reviews against KPIs and SLAs.
• Resolve escalations and drive service improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate invoicing and identify growth opportunities.
