Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage a key automotive account within the Mobility Fleet Management team in the Finished Vehicle Logistics business. You will oversee demonstration and press vehicle fleets, connect customer requirements with vehicle preparation and delivery services, and drive account growth.

You will be the main contact for the customer, building strong relationships, coordinating across teams, and ensuring vehicles are prepared to standard, delivered

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer accounts within automotive, fleet management, vehicle leasing or a related environment.
• Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for the customer, building relationships and understanding priorities and fleet requirements.
• Coordinate requirements across multiple teams and locations to ensure on-time delivery and preparation of vehicles.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, lead review meetings, and manage escalations to resolve issues.
• Maintain commercial oversight, ensure accurate invoicing, and resolve billing queries with Finance.
